1. Payment and delivery The customer pays 20% of the total amount in advance before the start of the procedures and the remaining 80% is paid once the website is completed and before its publication on the internet. In case of non-payment of the final agreed amount, CodeMax reserves the right not to publish the website on the internet and to terminate any type of work it does on the website in question.
A specific delivery time that applies in all cases cannot be defined in advance as each case has different requirements. After the payment of the total agreed amount, the user (customer) expressly and irrevocably agrees that he has no other requirements from CodeMax, except the publication of the website on the internet and the free training on the management system for a period.

2. Website Copyright After payment of the total agreed amount the copyrights are structured as follows:

The user (orderer) has full copyright to the website's digital files: images, texts, documents, videos, links, etc.

The entire code of the page and all related files based on code or containing code (html, css, json, database, mysql, php, react, javas, javacsript, etc.) remain the property of CODEMAX. In no case and for no reason is access given to the files containing code as it is CodeMax's intellectual property.

3. Management system training As long as the user (customer) purchases a management system, the offer of free user training on the system in question is valid.

The free training is a 2–3-hour seminar via video conference. Free programs from the official websites of the respective companies are used for the video conference.

The training in the management system, beyond the initial 3 hours which is free, has a cost of 15 euros per hour.
After completing the training in the management system, the user (customer) is responsible for updating the digital material (images, texts, documents, videos, etc.) by himself without the intervention of CodeMax in the whole process. If, nevertheless, CodeMax’s intervention is requested in the process of renewing the digital material, there is a cost depending on each case.

4. Digitization of material The material (images, texts, documents, videos, audio files, etc.) that the user gives to CODEMAX to be digitized and transferred to its website is the user's responsibility to own or have the copyright of the respective files. CodeMax bears no responsibility in case the user falsely states that he is legally using files on his website or asks CodeMax to edit them in any way.
The material delivered to CodeMax by the user (customer) must be ready (images, texts). CodeMax does not write texts or take professional photos of spaces. In the absence of photographic material from the user's side, CodeMax can proceed with the creation of graphics in order to decorate the customer's website.

5. Changes to the website Any action taken by CodeMax, beyond the initially agreed, has a cost proportional to the action that will be requested. Changes, addition of new features, intervention in the appearance or operation of the website after its completion and publication on the internet it’s not free.

6. Security
- CodeMax is responsible for managing and activating SSL security certificates, managing and applying correct settings on the hosting server, and maintaining a backup copy (the backup copy may be 7-10 days older than the time it is requested).
- CodeMax bears no responsibility in the event of a cyber-attack (hack, ddos attack, malware, spyware and other forms of malicious attacks) on the website of the user (customer). The nature of the internet makes it impossible to guarantee the absolute security of any application or website.

7. Technical support The free technical support, in the smooth operation of the website, concerns errors or problems that arose without the intervention of the user (customer). If the error or problem in the smooth operation of the website was caused by the fault of the user, CodeMax does not proceed to solve it free of charge. There will be a charge of 15 euros per hour.
The addition of new features to the website does not in any way constitute technical support and there is a fee depending on what the user requests. In the event that the user (customer) has granted access to his website to third parties, CodeMax bears no responsibility for any problems or errors that may arise from their actions. Such problems or errors are not solved for free, there will be a charge of 15 euros per hour. Technical support requests are served office hours and days: Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 17:00.
24/7 technical support is a separate service and is billed separately and only if selected by the user (orderer). 24/7 technical support requests are answered all days of the week and all hours of the day.
